			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On August 13-14, 2010, Butch Bowers joined a nationally-recognized panel of election law experts as a speaker at the Republican National Lawyer&#8217;s Association 2010 National Election Law Seminar in Grand Rapids, MI.</p>
<p>Bowers, former Special Counsel for Voting Matters at the Department of Justice, was invited to speak on ethical issues for lawyers in representing candidates and campaigns.  Over 200 attorneys from around the country attended the event, which has established itself as the preeminent election law seminar for Republican lawyers in the country and featured members of Congress, representatives from the National Republican Senatorial Committee, the National Republican Congressional Committee, and the Republican National Committee.</p>
