Welcome to the law firm of Hall & Bowers, LLC. Located in downtown Columbia, South Carolina, we are a team of attorneys committed to excellence, integrity, and providing the highest quality of counseling and legal representation. Our firm offers a wealth of experience in commercial litigation and business development matters, and this civil litigation background is complemented by a full service public policy law practice.
In addition to successfully litigating numerous commercial disputes and business cases, the attorneys of Hall & Bowers have also litigated high-profile matters and provided counsel for a variety of governmental entities, including the South Carolina Governor’s Office, the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office, and the South Carolina Ports Authority. Further, we have vast experience in providing advice and counsel to leading elected officials, candidates, public policy organizations, and political committees on a number of successful legislative initiatives, election law and campaign finance issues, and in First Amendment litigation.
